Dressing, Opa Greek Salad Dressing

Ingredients
Garlic powder, 1 tbsp Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp Pepper, black, 1 tbsp **Lemon Peel, 1 tbsp ***Onions, dehydrated flakes, 2 tbsp Sea Salt, 1 tbsp *Zatar, 1 tbsp Garlic, 6 cloves, minced*Lemon Juice, 1.5 cup Water, 1 cupOlive Oil, .75 cupCrumbled fat free feta cheese, 4 oz** or use 2 tbsp lemon pepper
Directions
Mix all spices with lemon juice and water in a food processor or blender. Puree until well blended. Add olive oil and puree another 30 seconds. Add feta cheese, mix well. Refrigerate overnight.
Store in refrigerator in a sealed jar (I use a canning jar with lid). Keeps well for 4 weeks, but we never have it last that long!
Shake before serving, then spoon out the servings with a gravy ladle or large tablespoon to grab the spices and feta.
