You can fix this pizza any way you want but be sure to adjust the calories. Here is the way I fix it. I first heat my oven for about 5 minutes at 450 degrees. While it is heating up I take a low carb tortilla and spread tomato paste on it then I add cooked crumbled bacon (bacon bits can work also), pepperoni, ham, banana peppers, mushrooms, and whatever else I am in the mood for at the time. I top all of this with .25 cup of mexican blend 2% cheese. I then place it on a cookie pan and bake until cheese is melted. The tortilla may still be a little bit soft in the middle on the bottom. If so just heat for a few more minutes. You can also use pita bread or anything else you want instead of the tortilla. Pita bread is really good in place of the tortilla if you dont like the really thin crust. These are really good and satisfying for such a low amount of calories. A normal sized piece of pizza with just cheese and pepperoni can range from 250-400 calories and this is a lot bigger depending on the size of the tortilla you use. Makes one serving.
