-1 Betty Crocker Pumpkin Spice cookie pouch, mix only-2 T Smart Balance Omega Light Spread-1 Med. egg-2 T water-1/2 - 3/4 C canned pumpkin like Libby's-25 g chopped walnuts like Diamond-1 oz sliced unsalted almonds-40 g dried cranberries
---Melt your butter and then mix all ingredients EXCEPT THE NUTS AND CRANBERRIES together in a large bowl until mixed well. Stir in your nuts and cranberries. Pour into a lightly sprayed 9x13 or smaller glass dish and cook for about 30 minutes at 375 or until a knife comes out clean from the center.
