Fluffy Blueberry Pancakes

Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat flour1 tbsp Splenda2 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt1/4 cup egg substitute1 cup milk1/8 cup margarine (Can't believe it's not butter)
Directions
Combine solids then add the egg substitute and milk. Mix in the blueberries. With a 1/4 cup measure pour out 8 pancakes and cook until light brown. Enjoy!

Serving Size: It makes 6 pancakes (1/4 cup dough each)
