Honey Mustard Apple Cider Vinegarette (From the Biggest Loser)

Ingredients
3 TB Apple Cider Vinegar2 TB Honey1 TB Dijon mustard1 TB Olive Oil** Salt and/or pepper as desired for seasoning. **
Directions
Combine vinegar, honey and mustard in a nonreactive bowl or jar and set aside for about 5 min. Whisk in oil or add to jar, close lid tightly (if using a jar) and shake well until combined. Season wit a pinch of kosher salt and a dash of pepper and set aside.

Can be made up to 5 days ahead and refrigerated until ready to use.
