Baked Parmesan Catfish

Makes 6-8 servings:2 pounds of catfish fillets3/4 cup nonfat sour cream2 tablespoons finely chopped onion1/2 teaspoon minced garlic2 tablespoons lemon juice1/2 teaspoon hot sauce1/3 cup grated parmesan cheeseSalt and pepper to taste ( you can substitute to Dash)Paprika to sprinkle
Preheat oven to 350*F
Coat baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Season fish to taste, place in single layer in prepared pan.
In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients, except paprika. spread over fish, let sit 10 minutes.
Sprinkle with Paprika.
Bake 20-25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork. Serve immediately.
