1 Box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix1 8 1/2 oz can Del Monte Sweet Corn Cream Style1 Tbsp Minced Pickled Jalapenos1/4 C. 2% Milk8 1 sec spray Pam Canola Cooking Spray
1) Pre-Heat Oven to 400F
2) Mix all ingredients except the cooking spray in a medium mixing bowl.
3) Spray muffin tin (8 holes)
4) Scoop 1/2 C into each of the sprayed muffin tins
5) Bake for 20 - 22 Min.
