Slow Cooker Chicken Fajitas

Ingredients
4 boneless-skinless chicken breasts2 cups salsa1 medium onion chopped3 cloves of minced garlic1 tsp salt1 tsp pepper1 cup water
Directions
Place all ingredients into slow cooker
Cook on medium for 4-6 hours or until meat is easily shredded
Drain juices
Remove meat from slow cooker and place in a bowl
Shred meat using two forks

Serve with warmed tortillas and your favorite mexican food toppings

Makes 6 servings with leftovers for lunch the next day
