My Memphis Smoothie

Ingredients
# Milk, 1%, 1 cup # Banana, fresh, 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) # *Skippy Creamy Peanut Butter, 3 tbsp # Metamucil Fibersure (clearmixing; cooking), 3 tsp 1 Cup water1 cup ice1/4 cup Torani Sugar Free Chocolate syrup
Directions
Mix everything together in blender until smooth.

You can use 3/4 tsp xanthan gum at the end to make it thicker without adding calories.
