Banana Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients
2 cups pastry wheat flour (or other)1 tsp. baking soda1/2 tsp. baking powder1/2 tsp. salt2 eggs1/2 cup oil1/2 cup honey1/2 cup buttermilk or sour milk1 1/2 cups mashed banana1/2 to 1 cup frozen or fresh blueberries
Directions
Mix together dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, mix wet ingredients. Stir together wet and dry ingredients. Fold in blueberries. Pour into greased muffin tins, filling cups abut 2/3 full. Bake at 350 for 18-20 minutes, or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean.

Makes 18 regular muffins, one muffin is a serving.
Can also be made as bread.
