1 lb flank steakOnionsGreen PepperRed PepperKetchupSoy SauceFlour
Slice flank steak into thin strips, slice onions into thin strips. Sautee in 1 tbs. of olive oil over medium heat until meat is browned. Remove meat from heat and wipe oil out of pan. Bring ketchup and soy sauce to a boil - add 1 tbs of flour to thicken. Return meat and onions to sauce and cook for 30 minutes on low heat. Add peppers and cook for an additional 15 minutes. Serve over brown rice.
