Ingredients
Baking chocolate, unsweetened, squares 1/2 oz1 large egg beatenGarbanzo Bean Flour, 1/4 cupBaking Powder, 1 tspTruvia Natural Sweetener, 1 serving Coconut Oil, 1tspVanilla extract, 1/2 tsp
Directions
melt coconut oil and baking chocolate in mug. Cool a bit and add egg, blend well. Add sweetener blend well. Add bean flour and baking powder, mix until moistened.
'bake' in microwave on high for 40-45 sec.
