Old, Old Weight Watchers Chili

Ingredients
1 pound ground beef2 cups chopped Celery, 1 cup chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers1 medium Onion, chopped3 Tbsp Chili powder2 qts low sodium tomato juice of V8 Vegetable Juice2 cans cut Green Beans, drained
Directions
Brown ground beef with onions, celery and green pepper. Drain and add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil and add meat and simmer for 1 hour. Add 2 cans drained cut green beans and simmer until warm.

    This recipe is the one I remember from way back when. I changed it just a little and added 2 cans of mexican tomatoes with chilis, tomato juice and 4 heaping tablespoons of medium salsa. Awesomeness!!!!! Thanks for sharing this recipe! - 1/19/19
