Cashew Cheeze

Ingredients
1 cup cashews, soaked in water for 30 minutes1/4 cup olive oil1 Tbsp. miso1 Tbsp. nutritional yeast, or more to taste2 tsp. apple cider vinegar or lemon juiceSea salt to taste
Directions
Drain cashews and add along with other ingredients to a food processor and puree until smooth.

Add more nutritional yeast to get a thicker, nuttier and cheesier consistency.
