SUNFLOWER NOODLE COLESLAW

Ingredients
1 3 oz pkg chicken ramen noodles1 14 oz pkg coleslaw mix1/2 cup unsalted sunflower kernels1/4 cup chopped green pepper1/3 cup canola oil1/4 cup white vinegar3 tlbs sugar1 tlbs poppy seeds3/4 tsp pepper
Directions
Break noodles into small pieces in a large bowl, add coleslaw mix, sunflower kernels and green pepper.
In a small bowl whisk the oil, vinegar, sugar, poppu seeds, pepper and contents of seasoning pkt from noodles. Pour over the salad and toss.
