Freezer Breakfast Burritos

Ingredients
8 eggs8 slices of cooked bacon1/4 cup raw whole milk3/4 cup fresh pico de gallo16 oz. mild Italian sausage4 oz shredded Monterey Jack cheese8 spinach tortillasbacon fat or butter for cooking10 oz. fresh mushrooms
Directions
Beat the eggs & milk together in a bowl then cook them slowly in a pan with a little bit of fat for cooking. When they are about half done, add cheese and mix until melted. Add pico de gallo. Simultaneously brown Italian sausage and mushrooms in a separate pan, drain, and mix into the egg pan. Add bacon and mix until warm. Split between the tortillas, roll them up, and freeze.
