1 Cup Quaker One-Minute Oats3/4 Cup Kraft Smooth Peanut Butter1/3 Cup Brown Sugar1/4 tsp. salt1 tsp. Cinnamon1/8 tsp. Cloves1/4 tsp. Nutmeg1 Tbsp. Honey1/2 Tsp. Pure Vanilla Extract3 Tbsp. Robin Hood Nutri Flour Blend
Combine the oats, brown sugar, spices and salt In a stand mixer with the paddle attachment. Add in the Peanut Butter and the honey and mix until consistent. Now, begin to add flour one Tbsp. at a time until somewhat crumbly. Roll into 16 1-inch balls and place on a nonstick cookie sheet. Bake at 350F for 10-20 minutes or until slightly browned, but still soft. Cool and enjoy!
