Hearty Chinese Veggie and Chicken Soup

Ingredients
2 large boneless skinless chicken breast1 28oz can LaChoy Chop Suey Vegetables (Drained)1/2 cup sliced water chestnuts3 cups chicken broth/stock2 Tbsp Scallions (optional)
Directions
Dice chicken breast. Spray soup kettle with non-stick spray. Cook Chicken until no longer pink. Add chicken stock, vegetables and waterchestnuts. Bring to a boil and simmer 5 minutes. Top with scallions.
