Mexican Cornbread Casserole

1 lb ground turkey, extra lean1 packet reduced sodium taco seasoning3/4 cup chopped onions1 c shredded 2% cheddar1 can rotel with green chiles1/2 can corn, drained1/2 can red kidney beans, drained & rinsed1 8.5 oz cornbread mix1 egg1/2 c skim milk
Brown meat with onions. Add taco seasoning and cook thoroughly. Add rotel, corn and kidney beans. Pour into greased 13x9 pan. Top with cheese.
Prepare cornbread according to directions with egg and milk. Pour over cheese and smush in a bit. Bake according to cornbread directions.
