Broiled Soy Maple Salmon

Ingredients

1/4 C low sodium soy sauce2 TBS pure maple syrup2 TBS mirin (Japanese rice wine)1/8 TSP crushed red pepper flakes2 TBS toasted sesame oil2 Cloves garlic, minced1 TBS freshly grated ginger3 - 4 Salmon fillets
Preheat broiler to high.
Wisk together all ingredients except salmon
Place salmon in caserole dish and top with sauce. Marinade for at least 20 minutes
Place salmon on broiler pan lined with non stick foil. Broil for 10 minutes or until flaky.
Pour the remaining sauce into a saucepan and heat to thicken (can add arrowroot powder or flour)
Top salmon with additional sauce and serve
