Tomato Pesto Frittata

Ingredients
14 oz Italian Stewed tomatoes8 eggs2 Tbsp Pesto1/2 c. mozarella, divided evenly
Directions
Take a can of Italian stewed tomatoes and drain it really well. Mix together 8 eggs, the tomatoes, a couple of tbsps of pesto and 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. Cook in an oven proof pan until set on the bottom. Put another 1/4 cup of cheese on top and broil on low until browned. Viola!
