Chocolate Peanut Butter Energy Bar (like Clif Bars)

3 1/2 cups rolled oats3/4 cup honey2 scoops GNC Whey protein powder (chocolate)1 1/2 cups nonfat dry milk1 tbsp cinnamon2 egg whites1/4 cup lowfat peanut butter1/4 cup tap water1/2 tsp vanilla1/2 cup semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips1 1/2 bananas, mashed
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Spray baking sheet lightly with cooking spray.
Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Mix wet ingredients in a medium bowl.
Combine wet and dry ingredients.
Form 15 bars using wax paper to mold. Carefully transfer to greased baking sheet.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown around edges.
Cool for 15 minutes and transfer to wax paper to cool completely.
