Tofu with Mushrooms, Ground Pork & Shrimps

1 box Soft Tofu2 oz Ground Pork3 cloves Garlic4 Shrimps5 Mushrooms1 stalk Green Onions2 tbsp Canola OilBrown Sauce1 tbsp Oyster Sauce1 tbsp Michiu Distilled Spirit of Rice0.5 tbsp Lite Soy Sauce3 tbsp Water0.5 tbsp Sugar0.25 tsp Sesame Oil2 dashes Black Pepper1 tsp Corn Starch
Soak the Mushrooms in warm water. Cut the tofu into cubes. Mix the brown sauce mixture well and set aside. Chopped up the garlic (finely) and green onions.
Heat up the wok and add canola oil. Add garlic and stir fry till light brown. Next add in the ground pork, shrimp and mushroom. Stir fry to break the ground pork into smaller lumps, then follow by the tofu. Do a quick stir before adding the brown sauce mixture. Gently stir fry the tofu and bring sauce to boil. Add the chopped green onions, do a few quick stirs, dish out and serve immediately with steamed white rice.
