Molasses Bran Muffins

Ingredients

1c. whole wheat flour1 1/2 tsp. baking soda1/4 tsp. salt1 1/4 c. light plain Soy Milk1/2 c. molasses1 egg2 Tbsp. canola oil2 c. All-Bran cereal1/2 c. raisins
Pour cereal into mixing bowl & add Silk; let sit while you preheat oven to 375F & spray muffin tins with cooking spray.
Add remaining liquid ingredients. Mix flour with salt & baking soda and add to liquids. Mix until all flour is moistened. Stir in raisins.
Spoon batter into muffin tins and bake for 20 minutes.
Serving Size: makes 12 muffins
