Ingredients
Tilapia filet, 3 filetsKalamata Olives, pitted, 4 ozManzanilla Green Olives, 6 OlivesOnions, raw, 1 smallCapers, canned, 1 tbsp, drainedSun Dried Tomatos , 30 gramsLemon Juice, .25 cupFennel fronds, 2 grams
Directions
chop and combine all ingredients EXCEPT fish
place fish in foil, top with 1/3 of tapenade
close foil and bake at 350 for 25 minutes
