Rice Muffins (Gluten Free)

Ingredients
Preheat oven to 425 degrees1 C White rice flour1/2 tsp. salt or Morton™ lite salt2 tsp. baking powder2 T. sugar1 egg2 T. Canola oil1/2 C water1/8 C Craisins or 1/4 C blueberries
Directions
Blend ingredients well and pour into lightly greased muffin pan.

Bake at 452 degrees for 17-22 minutes.

Remove from oven and allow to cool n pan for 5 minutes.
