Beef and Black Bean Meatloaf

Ingredients
Loaf:1 lb ground beef1 1/2 cups cooked and mashed black beans1 cup crushed whole wheat crackers1/2 cup nonfat milk4 tbsp chopped onion1 tsp salt1 tsp dry mustarddash pepperSauce:1/2 cup water1 can tomato soup1/2 cup brown sugar1/4 cup white vinegar1 tbsp soy sauce1 tsp worcestershire sauce1 tsp mustard
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350. Combine the ingredients for the loaf. Shape into a loaf and place in a loaf pan. Mix all sauce ingredients and pour over the loaf. Bake for 1 hour, or until no longer pink.
