Ingredients
2.5 lbs 93% Lean Ground Turkey3 Tbsp Ground Sage3 Tbsp Brown Sugar2.5 tsp Black Pepper2.5 tsp Red Pepper Flakes2.5 tsp Thyme2.5 tsp Salt
Directions
Mix all ingredients well
Shape into thin patties (they will shrink & thicken)
cook in skillet or on griddle until nicely browned on each side.
