French Toast Casserole

Ingredients
Bread, italian, 12 slice, medium (remove) Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove) Butter, salted, .25 cup (remove) *Lactaid Fat Free Milk, 1 cup (remove) Vanilla Extract, 1 tbsp (remove) Pecans, .5 cup, chopped (remove) Ginger, ground, .25 tbsp (remove) Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp (remove)
Directions
melt butter and mix with brown sugar pour in bottom of casserole dish. places slices of bread over that. MIx all other ingredients and pour over bread. cover with plastic wrap and refridgerate overnight. take out and let warm for 10 minutes or so. Heat oven to 350 and bake for 30-35 minutes until it starts to brown
