Easy Bisquick Chicken Pot Pie

Ingredients
1 cup bisquick - low fat1/2 cup skim milk1 egg1 cup cooked skinless chicken, chopped small1 bag mixed vegetables, thawed1 can reduced sodium, reduced fat cream of chicken soup
Directions
Mix chicken, vegetables, cream of chicken soup together in a greased casserole dish. Mix bisquick, milk and egg in a seperate bowl. Pour over chicken mixture and spread evenly. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
