1# lemon pepper marinated chicken, cooked and chopped1 cup grated parmesan-romano cheese2 cups milk1/2 cup cream cheese1 Tbsp smart balance2 Tbsp flour1 tsp garlic, minced1 lemonfresh basil, chopped finesalt and pepperpasta of your choice, cooked
in large pot over medium heat, melt butter and add flour. slowly add milk and whisk until mixture comes to a boil, then reduce heat. add garlic, salt, pepper, and parmesan cheese. cook until mixture starts bubbling again, then reduce heat. zest lemon into sauce and add juice from lemon, and stir in cream cheese and basil. stir over medium heat until all ingredients are incorporated. toss with pasta and top with chicken.
