Ham and Egg Quiche

2 cups ham diced5 large eggs1 can evaporated milk2 cups mozzarella cheese1 cup canned mushrooms1 cup chopped green pepper
Directions
layer ham, cheese, mushrooms and green pepper
beat eggs and milk together, poor over layered ingredients
Bake at 250 for 2 hours
