Ingredients
1 pund rotini3 tbsp olive oil1/2 cup chopped walnuts1/2 pound zucchini1/2 pound summer squash1/2 tsp pepper1/2 tsp salt1 can of chickpeas1/4 cup mint3/4 cup shredded parmesan
Directions
Boil rotini. toast walnuts. heat zucchini, summer squash, pepper and salt in olive oil. and chickpeas after 5 minutes. stir all the ingredients together.
