10 - 12 oz frozen hashbrowns1/2 - 3/4 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast10 oz bag frozen vegetables (your choice) 1/4 c teriyaki sauce
Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees.
Spray inside of dutch oven and lid with olive oil cooking spray.
Place 10 - 12oz hashbrowns in an even layer on the bottom of the dutch oven.
Place chicken breasts on top of hasbrowns.
Cover with 10 oz bag of frozen vegetables.
Bake in over for 45 minutes.
Serving Size: Makes 4 8 oz servings
