Baked Marinated Chicken Fajitas

Ingredients
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into thin strips1 medium onion, cut into thin strips1 medium green pepper, cut into thin strips1 medium sweet red pepper, cut into thin strips1 can diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained (Rotel)Flour tortillasMarinade2 Tablespoons lime juice1 Tablespoon olive oil1 Tablespoon honey1 Tablespoon soy sauce1/2 Teaspoon garlic salt1/2 Teaspoon cumin2-3 cloves garlic, crushedCombine the ingredients for the marinade and place in a Ziploc bag with the chicken, onion and peppers. Toss bag to coat well and refrigerate all day or overnight. Discard the marinade from the chicken and vegetables; combine with drained can of diced tomatoes and green chilies.Place in a 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking pan.Bake uncovered, at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink and vegetables are tender. Spoon onto tortillas; fold in sides.
