Ingredients
bananablueberries (optional)spinachflax seed (optional)almond milk (any preference milk)almond butter (any nut butter preference)protein powder (optional)
Directions
add banana, blueberries, flax, almond/peanut butter to bottom of blender. fill to the top with spinach and add almond milk at the end and blend until smooth
