Cool Spicy Chicken Salad

Ingredients
1 boneless skinless chicken breast2 oz. shredded Pepper jack cheese 2 Tbsp. ranch dressing1/4 cup sliced black olives1/8 sliced almonds dash of salt dash of pepper 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
Directions
Boil chicken breast in water for 10-15 minutes. Cool, then shred. Add olives, almond and cheese. Pour dressing over and mix well. Add seasonings.
Best served cool, alone, in a sandwich or a wrap.
I really love the contrast of spicy with the cold ingredients.
