Whole wheat low-fat biscuits

Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat flour1 cup white flour4 tsp. baking powder2 tsp. sugar1/2 tsp. cream of tartar1/4 cup butter1 cup 1% Milk
Directions
Mix dry ingredients.
Cut in butter.
Mix wet ingredients and add to dry ingredients.
Mix and knead dough, not too long.
Break off pieces, about 1/4 cup size and put on cookie sheet.
Bake at 450 degrees F. for about 10 minutes.
