Cheese Omelet

Ingredients
1 large egg2 egg whites (You can also use two servings of egg white substatute or leave out the egg and use only egg substatute)1 slice of american or other cheesedash of saltNon-stick cooking spray
Directions
-Put egg and egg whites in a round bottom bowel
-add your salt
-Wisk together with a Wisk or fork until frothy
-spray a small skillet with non-stick spray and place over medium heat
-when the eggs are almost cooked all the way through using a spatula gently turn the egg over, try to keep it from tearing
-place your cheese to one side, I usually tear the cheese in half so that the whole area is covered with cheese then fold it in half, making a crescent shape.
-flip once and leave in only long enough for the cheese to melt.
-place on a plate and serve.
