Hamburger Soup

Ingredients
2 pounds ground beef (or ground venison), browned2-3 stalks celery1 medium onion, diced1 can cream of chicken soup1 can cream of celery soup1 can V8 juice (46 oz)1 box frozen mixed vegetablesI cup dry navy beans, soaked
Directions
1) Brown meat with onion and celery
2) Soak navy beans according to package directions
3) Combine all ingredients in crock pot and cook on low at least 1 hour
