Scalloped Tomatoes

Ingredients
2 Tbsp. butter or margrine1 cup chopped celery1/2 cup chopped onion2 Tbsp. flour1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes or garden fresh tomatoes3 slices bread, toasted cut in 1/2-inch cubes1 Tbsp. sugar1 tsp. salt2 tsp. mustardDash of pepper
Directions
Cook celery & onion in butter untill tender. Blend in flour. Break up tomatoes, add to celery mixture. Add half the toast cubes and spices. Pour into a 1 1/2 qt. casserole. top with remaining toast. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
