Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened, 3 berry Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened), .25 cup, unthawed Banana, fresh, 1 extra small (less than 6" long) Welch's Orange Pineapple Apple Cocktail (Refrigerated), 8 oz *Peaches, fresh, .25 cup slices
Directions
put all items into a blender and blend til smooth. usse frozen fruit to make it a smoothie.
