2 t/l oil2carrots, diced1 zucchini diced1 summer squash, dicedtops of green onion, slicedgarlic1 12oz pkg surimi, diced2 eggs8 oz ham, diced1/2 red bell pepper, diced1 can water chestnuts, diced2 cups cooked brown rice
sauté green oinins and some garlic in pan. add in fresh veggies till softened. remove to a bowl. fry the two eggs. then cut up and add to veggies. dice ham and sauté in pan, add in cooked rice, stirring til warm. add veggies back, and water chestnuts, and season with soy sauce, white pepper, salt.
