Vegan PhillY Cheese Steak Wrap

Ingredients
1 C green pepper sliced thinnly 1 C onion sliced thinnly1 C fresh mushrooms1/3 C Seitan chopped into small pieces1/4 C Daiya Mozzarella shreds2 Bestlife Light Flatout wrapsolive oil sprayliquid smokegarlic powderonion powdersaltpepper
Directions
Spray skillet with olive oil, saute green peppers and onions until slightly soft, add mushrooms and seitan stir for 2-3 min. add 1 tsp. liquid smoke, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper to your taste. Place Daiya mozzarella shreds on flatout wrap add 1/2 stir fry mixture to each wrap and roll up, cut in half and enjoy.
