Molasses Protein Bars

Ingredients
1/2 c unsweetened applesauce1/2 c sugar1 egg or egg replacement1/2 c molasses1/2 c warm water1 1/2 c Namaste Perfect Flour Blend1 c Peak Perfomance Protein Powder (Vanilla)1/2 tsp salt1/2tsp ground cloves1 1/2 tsp baking soda1 tsp cinnamon1 c raisins
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.
Measure out all ingredients
Grease and Flour a 9x13 pan
Mix sugar and applesauce, add water and molasses mixing well
Sift together dry ingredients and add to wet ingredients in 1/3 increments.
Mix well, fold in raisins by hand
Pour in pan baking 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
