Shrimp Salad with Roasted Veggies

Ingredients
1 med onion, sliced1 red pepper,sliced1 orange pepper, sliced1 yellow pepper,sliced1 med zuccini, sliced1 9oz bag cooked shrimp1 heart of Romaine lettuce, chopped3 oz grape tomato, sliced in halfLime dressing
Directions
chop peppers, onions, zuccini and roast in pan with olive oil on med-hi heat. Remove from pan.
cook shrimp until hot in same pan sprayed with olive oil cooking spray. Add garlic.
put lettuce, tomato in large bowl. Add roasted veggies and shrimp. Drizzle with lime dressing and serve. makes 3 servings.
