veggie ramen soup

Ingredients
Carrots, raw, 1 medium (remove) Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped (remove) Celery, raw, 2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) (remove) Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, .25 cup (remove) Mushrooms, fresh, .25 cup, pieces or slices (remove) Cabbage, fresh, 1 cup, chopped (remove) Ramen Noodles, chicken flavor (1 serving), 1 container, individual (remove)EggGingerSoy sauce to tasteWater
Directions
Chop Veggies
Boil enough water to cook noodle and veggies.
Add veggies to water.
add noodles and cook 3 minutes
In a separate bowl Beat egg.
Turn off heat for noodles and pour egg into pot. Do NOT stir. Let sit 2-3 minutes. Season with Noodle packet Ginger, lemon Juice soy Sauce etc
