Spicy egg and veggie salad

1/2 a large cucumber 4 hard boiled eggs2 stalks of celery2 large carrotspickle relish, 2T3 garlic clovesginger root, a piece about an inch big 1 cup alfalfa sproutsmayonnaise, 2T pepper
Put the carrots, celery, ginger root, garlic cloves, alfalfa sprouts and cucumber in a food procesor and pulse until everything is chopped, add eggs and pulse again until they are chopped. This can of course be done by hand. Put everything together like a normal egg salad. Mix mayonnaise, pepper and pickle relish in a mixing bowl then add ingredients from food processor.
