Kashi "Cleansing" soup

Ingredients
Carrots - 2celery - 2small oniongarlic cloves - 4 - dice all vegetables1 cup dried spilt peas1 cup dried lentils1 cup Kashi 7-Grain Pilaf (one packet from a box with 3 in it)12 cups water2 large tablespoons of Better than Boullion beef base1 tsp. paprikasalt & pepper to taste
Directions
add all ingredients to slow cooker...put on LOW for 9 hours. Mix occassionally
