3 Turkey pepperettes chopped1 small onion chopped1 tsp grape seed oil6 large eggs2 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese
Heat oil in frying pan and cook onion until tender. Add pepperettes and cook for 2 minutes. Add eggs and scramble. Top off with parmesan cheese or cook in the egg. Season as desired.
